Ear acupuncture is a gentle treatment to help calm the mind, bring balance to our physical and emotional bodies, and invite in deeper states of rest and healing. Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious deep rest—a meditative practice between waking and sleep that guides the body into stillness while keeping the mind gently aware. By combining ear acupuncture with Yoga Nidra, we invite you to experience deep rejuvenating rest, allowing your nervous system to unwind and create space to access your innate ability to heal.

This is a community healing event hosted in Boise Acupuncture Co-op's treatment room with 12 comfy recliners.

All proceeds from this event help to support the work Upward Inertia and Boise Acupuncture Co-op!

Upward Inertia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to improve the mental, physical, and social-emotional health and wellbeing of individuals from marginalized communities through the use of mind-body based education and Therapeutic yoga intervention. Your support helps Upward Inertia provide nine Therapeutic yoga classes per week at Idaho Department of Correction facilities.

Boise Acupuncture Co-op is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit co-operative providing a welcoming space where people come as they are and are empowered to heal side by side in community. Your support helps BAC provide quality, accessible community acupuncture to all peoples on an affordable sliding-scale.

• Registration and prepayment is required to reserve your spot. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot provide refunds for any reason. You may transfer your registration to another participant, please email us to let us know. You may not transfer to another date, time, or event.
• Event arrival time is 10 minutes before the event starts. Please arrive at this time to get checked in and settled.
• All events start at the scheduled start time. No admittance after exact scheduled start time.
• We are a fragrance free clinic. Please refrain from putting on any fragrances before the event.
• Turn off or silence your cellphone before entering the community treatment room.
• We encourage you to wear comfy clothing.
