A sound bath is an immersive meditative musical experience. Everything is made of atoms and everything has a vibration. A sound bath surrounds people with beautiful relaxing sounds and assists them in reaching a state of harmony within. Pogo will facilitate an immersion of sound generated by bells, chimes, gongs, drums, singing bowls and other instruments. Our acupuncturist will select a handful of thoughtfully curated acu-points with a specific intention. This is a community healing event hosted in Boise Acupuncture Co-op's treatment room with 12 comfy recliners.

Acupoints will be selected to help nourish deep relaxation, rest and rejuvenation.

• FOR EVENTS THAT INCLUDE ACUPUNCTURE, BY REGISTERING YOU ARE GIVING INFORMED CONSENT TO ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT. Please learn about the treatment and risks by reviewing our informed consent form here. If you are under 18, please send an email to the clinic, we need consent from a parent/guardian for you to join us.
• Registration and prepayment is required to reserve your spot. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot provide refunds for any reason. You may transfer your registration to another participant, please email us to let us know. You may not transfer to another date, time, or event.
• Event arrival time is 15 minutes before the event starts. Please arrive at this time to get checked in and settled.
• All events start at the scheduled start time. No admittance after exact scheduled start time.
• If attendance is less than 5 people for any given event, it may be canceled. Those who have purchased tickets will be notified the night before the event and will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
• We are a fragrance free clinic. Please refrain from putting on any fragrances before the event.
• Turn off or silence your cellphone before entering the community treatment room.
• Wear comfy, loose fitting clothing. For events that include acupuncture, please ensure your clothing can be comfortably rolled up above your knees and elbows.
